THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join our growing family for the KFC brand Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to our employees and your days will be busy running the successful daily operations including:

  • Inspiring a team, instilling a sense of pride, and creating a culture to be proud of
  • Ensuring the continued growth and success of your restaurant by supporting the Restaurant Manager in developing and communicating a strategy that delivers outstanding business results
  • Assist in the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operations by managing costs, ensure the restaurant is rush ready and developing the restaurant team
  • Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for your guests and your team
