JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team At FUEGO Tapas team in Riverside square, Bedford.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
