ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced full-service restaurant leader with bar management background to join our team at Victoria International Airport. This is a high-energy environment where you’ll oversee both dining and bar operations, lead a motivated team, and deliver the exceptional guest experiences our travelers expect.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily front-of-house and bar operations in a full-service setting
• Coach and develop a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Maintain high standards in food safety, quality, and service execution
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
• Support kitchen leadership to ensure smooth coordination between BOH and FOH
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and problem-solving
