We are a dynamic and customer-focused restaurant committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality service.
• Monitor and maintain food & beverage quality standards.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Control inventory, ordering, and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and team motivation.
• Previous experience as Supervisor/Assistant Manager in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,500.00 - AED14,000.00 per mont
