Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in a fast-paced dining environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards Experience with inventory management and cost control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Food Safety Certification Understanding of food and beverage industry trends Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
