Are you a high-energy leader who loves fast-paced environments, building strong teams, and delivering great food? We are looking for a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to step up, lead from the front, and drive operational success at our beautiful beachside location in Manly (NSW 2095).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Line: Run high-volume shifts with energy, ensuring food quality, speed, and safety standards are perfect every day.
• Develop Crew: Supercharge team performance through active coaching, onboarding, and structured training.
• Own the Numbers: Assist with inventory management, food costing, stock control, and labor optimization.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere that makes every customer love us.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: Prior leadership experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Communication: Exceptional people skills with the natural ability to inspire and motivate a young team.
• Attitude: A "can-do" work ethic, high emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for food.
• Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, nights, and weekends.
