Where you’ll make an impact Lead, train, and mentor the Food & Beverage team to uphold luxury service standards Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency Provide exceptional guest service, addressing requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism Assist in managing staff schedules, inventory control, and cost management Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Monitor and uphold the highest standards of food presentation and beverage service Conduct staff performance evaluations and assist in ongoing training and development Foster a positive team culture by motivating and recognizing staff contributions Support in planning and executing special events and VIP guest experiences Handle administrative duties, including financial transactions, reporting, and operational logistics What we’re looking for You are an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for fine dining and exceptional guest experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining the highest levels of service.
