JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for the culinary arts and a strong background in restaurant management. We are a family run cafe/restaurant serving our guests for 21 years. Operating hours are day time only from 7am until 6pm. Coffee back ground experience is essential.

SKILLS

  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and production.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience in supervising kitchen staff or managing a team within a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers.
