Key Responsibilities 1. Guest Service Excellence Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Maintain IHG and Holiday Inn Express brand service standards. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and online reputation standards. 2. Operational Management Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards. Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations. Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers. 3. Team Leadership & Training Supervise and support restaurant team members. Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning. Conduct on-the-job training as per brand standards. Motivate team members to deliver consistent service excellence. Ensure grooming and uniform standards are maintained. 4. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Assist in achieving revenue and cost control targets. Monitor daily sales, expenses, and wastage. Support inventory management and stock control. Ensure proper billing procedures and cash handling practices. Assist in preparing reports (daily sales report, monthly MIS, etc.). 5. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain health & safety standards. Ensure fire, safety, and emergency procedures are followed. Support internal audits and brand quality evaluations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations. At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred. Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards. Good communication and leadership skills.
