Person required to work as a restaurant assistant manager running a busy restaurant overseeing the daily management of the restaurant and staff.

Experience and skillset

• Minimum of one years experience in a management role
• Strong attention to detail and with strong customer skills
• A positive team player who leads by example with a can do attitude
• Good communication skills

Successful candidate profile

• Fast and adaptable with a willingness to learn
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Commitment to the role and love of the hospitality industry
• Uses their initiative, is enthusiastic and driven
• Good coffee knowledge and Barista skills
• Experience in stock control
• Exudes positive energy
