Hurricane’s Grill is one of Australia’s most iconic steakhouse brands – famous for our flame-grilled ribs, steaks, and warm, vibrant hospitality. After nearly 30 years of success, starting with our flagship Bondi Beach venue in 1995, we’ve continued to grow and evolve.
Our new Cronulla location brings a fresh take on the Hurricane’s experience – a coastal Mediterranean grill inspired by beachside dining and premium Australian produce. To help bring this to life, we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our leadership team.

THE ROLE

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up in their hospitality career and grow with us.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the FOH team
• Maintain high standards of service and guest experience
• Assist with rostering, cost control, and daily operational decisions
• Help manage recruitment, training, and performance of FOH staff
• Oversee ordering, stock control, and compliance requirements
• Lead by example with a hands-on, energetic approach
