  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a memorable dining experience
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, menu execution, and timely delivery of orders

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices
  • Hands-on experience with food safety standards and food production processes
  • Familiarity with bar operations including bartending and barista skills is highly desirable
  • Strong team management abilities coupled with leadership qualities that inspire staff engagement
  • Background in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
