THE OPPORTUNITY:
WHO WE ARE:
A brand-new Mexican concept to London’s iconic restaurant, two storey restaurant and lounge bar, themed around the Goddess of the Moon – Ixchel. We have given it our own twist and at the heart of this concept lies the charcoal grill. Ixchel will offer a full sensory experience from the second you meet the doors to our Mayan Goddess, from the interior design to the unique and delicious food that we create. Music will also play a large part in our DNA too, offering curated tunes and live DJ’s. Hours of operation will be from 11am to 11pm. We are due to open our doors in the first week of October.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the successful running of the restaurant.
