Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Supervise and mentor staff,providing guidance to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies,procedures,and quality standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment,promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry,preferably as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
  • Strong organizational,communication,and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and basic financial acumen.
