Made in Italy is a traditional Italian pizzeria and offers a warm, Italian dining experience.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of financials, including sales reports and stock management.
  • Passion for Italian food and culture is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training, development, and performance management.
  • Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as required.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with financial tasks including cash handling, sales reporting, and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and professional work environment.
