  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the overall daily operation of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout every shift.

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of employees to help them reach their full potential.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered while resolving any issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor health and safety, food hygiene, and cleanliness standards to ensure full compliance at all times.
  • Oversee stock management, inventory control, ordering, and receiving of deliveries to support business operations.
  • Help manage labour costs, productivity, and operational performance while contributing to financial targets.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and operating effectively.
  • Step in to lead shifts, make operational decisions, and support the wider management team whenever required.


  • RequirementsPrevious experience in a leadership, supervisory, or management role within hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident problem-solver with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Food Safety Level 2 certification (or willingness to obtain).
