About the Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver outstanding operational performance while leading and developing a high-performing team.

• Your responsibilities will include:Leading shifts to deliver exceptional Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
• Coaching, developing and motivating crew and managers
• Supporting labour, food cost and operational performance targets
• Driving outstanding customer experiences
• Maintaining food safety, workplace safety and compliance standards
• Assisting with rostering, people development and day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supporting the Restaurant Manager to achieve business and financial goals
