• You've been an ARM or Department Manager at McDonald's before — you know the drill, the pace, and the pride that comes with a job well done
• You've got your LGR locked in, or you're looking at achieving it

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Running shifts like a well-oiled machine — QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) is your bread and butter
• Backing up your Restaurant Manager to hit sales and performance targets
• Coaching, training and levelling up your crew and management team
• Sorting rotas, managing labour, and keeping an eye on the numbers
• Making sure health, safety and food standards are always spot on
• Turning customer hiccups into "actually, that was handled really well" moments
• Being the kind of leader people want to work for
