As a key member of our team, you will:Supervise and support the team, deputising for the General Manager.Ensure smooth restaurant operations, delivering high-quality service.Work on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills and a command of the English language.Passion for food, wine, and creating memorable dining experiences.Enthusiasm for working in a busy, high-energy restaurant environment.A team player who thrives under pressure.
