The Southern Hotel Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Assistant Café/Restaurant Manager to join the restaurant/cafe management team and assist in the daily operations of the business. The hotel runs three distinctive food outlets: Cafe Inferno, Fire + Ice Restaurant and Bar 839.

• Support the management of three food outlets

• Experience in restaurant/cafe management
• Understanding of the changing dynamics of the industry
