Job Description Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction Supervise and motivate restaurant staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain service standards Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations Support staff training and development, including onboarding of new team members Monitor restaurant inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure excellent guest experiences Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and banquets Coordinate with other departments such as Kitchen, Stewarding, and Purchasing for seamless operations Maintain operational documentation including schedules, daily reports, and incident logs Qualifications Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage) Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus Company Location: NH Collection Samui Peace Resort
