As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be more than a second-in-charge. You'll be a key leader within the restaurant, helping to build culture, develop future leaders, drive performance and create experiences that keep Guests coming back.

You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead the team, grow the business and bring the Pappa Flock experience to life every day.
