We are looking to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our busy team.

The role is permanent and can be full or part time.

This role will be to support the Hotel Manager in providing a consistent high level of guest care and smooth running of the MacIntosh Restaurant.

The role will require a mixture of day, evening, late and weekend shifts.

What we are looking for:

• Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to drive the company’s reputation forward.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor within a hotel environment desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of developing and training staff
• The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
• Flexible attitude to working patterns over 7 days a week.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
