Key Responsibilities: Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining Michelin standards. Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Manage reservations, guest relations, and service flow with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Uphold and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and service excellence. Step in for the Restaurant Manager when required. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of service etiquette and fine dining protocols.
