  We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Saké Restaurant & Bar Manly, part of the prestigious Hunter St. Hospitality.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or junior manager experience, with a strong understanding of profit measures and a drive to exceed sales goals, industry training provided.
• Eagerness to grow both personally and professionally, leading from the front with a focus on daily deliverables and a willingness to go above and beyond for the team and clientele.
• Availability for weekends and late nights, coupled with a passion for attracting and nurturing talented individuals for future leadership roles.
• Ability to create an outstanding looking venue, ensuring a happy team, and delivering a fantastic dining experience for our customers.
• A can-do attitude and a commitment to maintaining an exciting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Certification in restaurant or food service management would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards.
