Hospitality is a work of heart, Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily operations and maintaining smooth service Lead and motivate staff to uphold high standards of food quality and customer service Manage inventory, place orders, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment Participate in menu planning and implementation of new initiatives Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Step in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership skills Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation Analyze sales data and suggest improvements to increase revenue Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Qualifications Saudi nationality required Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in the food service industry Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proven ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of inventory management and cost control Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Food Safety Certification required Knowledge of Saudi Arabian cuisine and dining customs Familiarity with local food safety regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
