We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to effectively lead the Restaurant Team at Seamill Hydro Hotel. As our Assistant Restaurant Manager you will play a pivitol role in motivating and training a dynamic team to ensure our guests’ dining experiences exceed expectations.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food safety
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and effective communication
• Oversee customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient food production and service flow
• Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant
