The Roles

We're looking for experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers and Bar Supervisors to join the leadership teams across our venues. These hands-on roles are ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences in a high-volume, premium dining environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support service across shifts
• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
• Ensure smooth operations, including stock control and service standards
• Drive team engagement and uphold ESCA's culture of excellence
• Assist with rostering, performance management, and guest relations

About You (Must-Haves)

• At least 2 years' experience in a premium, fast-paced hospitality venue
• A genuine love and passion for all things hospitality — people, service, and great food
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A hands-on attitude and the ability to lead by example
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
