JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership qualities with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
