Job Description
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations
- Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Availability across a variety of shifts, including lunch and dinner service periods, across week day, weekends and public holidays
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Full Australian working rights
- A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Food & Beverage service within the restaurant and bar, to ensure service standards are followed with a friendly, genuine and engaging experience
- Prepare forecasts reports for the restaurant and roster staff accordingly
- Assist the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier in purchasing, stock control and management
- Ensure that standard operating procedures for Food & Beverage outlets are updated and followed
- Assist to build and develop a high performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational and empowering approach
