Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations
  • Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Availability across a variety of shifts, including lunch and dinner service periods, across week day, weekends and public holidays
  • Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
    Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Food & Beverage service within the restaurant and bar, to ensure service standards are followed with a friendly, genuine and engaging experience
  • Prepare forecasts reports for the restaurant and roster staff accordingly
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier in purchasing, stock control and management
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures for Food & Beverage outlets are updated and followed
  • Assist to build and develop a high performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational and empowering approach
