Moe’s Southwest Grill is looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage all areas of a multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant.We are looking for a top performer who is results driven and people oriented in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant.
Manager Responsibilities:
Find new ways to promote the restaurant through trade and community eventsInstitute and follow cash handling policies and proceduresRemain accountable for all profit and loss figuresUpdate and change menu seasonally and in response to budgetary concernsEnsure all team members comply with health regulations and maintain their ServSafe certificationsDelegate responsibilities and tasks to the AGM, shift leaders and other employeesMaintain top quality assurance and customer service standardsFocus on building sales and forecasting future performanceManager Qualifications:
3+ years Casual dinning experience1+ years Restaurant experience in a leadership position1 + years in Customer ServiceCurrent ServSafe certificationAdvanced understanding of all full-service restaurant operationsA proven track record in management of COGS and LaborStrong skills in P&L reports and budgetsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to coach, train and motivate employeesA clear background check and drug testManager Benefits:
