We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS

We don’t have a clear answer to what kind of background qualifies you for this job, but if you are one of us, have great experience, and possess the skills below—along with strong English communication skills (Danish is a plus) - we can teach you everything from sticks to sushi.

• Experience in a leadership role within a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
• Has a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Able to mentor, train, and motivate a diverse team in a fast-passed environment.
• Has a good understanding of restaurant operations, including reservations, floor management, and service efficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lead a team, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work culture.
