About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced restaurant leader who has a great care for developing & mentoring the team, passionate about food and beverage, and thrives in fast-paced, premium environments. We care about great food, great drinks and genuine hospitality.

• Lead FOH team through busy services, maintain visible presence on the floor
• Build strong relationships with the staff, supporting, coaching & mentoring
• Conduct trainings to develop and inspire food and beverage knowledge
• Maintain service standards, venue presentation & operations

Requirements 

We are looking for individuals with over 3 years' experience leading venues that work with quality products in a high-volume environment.

• Passionate about food and beverage products
• Experience in high volume, fast paced environments
• Proven service skills including guest engagement, section management, etc.
• Dedicated to training, mentoring and developing staff
