As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the daily operations of our restaurants and bar, working side by side with the Restaurant Manager and culinary leadership to:

• Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, resort-style environment.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of servers, hosts, runners and bartenders.
• Ensure smooth daily execution of service—from breakfast to dinner.
• Monitor quality, safety, cleanliness and consistency in all dining areas.

• Support scheduling, training, inventory and shift coverage as needed.Jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.
