Are you passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating unforgettable dining experiences? We’re on the lookout for a driven assistant restaurant manager to help lead our front-of-house operations and uphold our commitment to excellence.
We are a 32-seat restaurant offering refined tasting and set menus, focused on delivering outstanding food and service in an intimate setting. As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, staff training, guest satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the restaurant.
We’re looking for a hand on leader with a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a love for fastpaced, service driven environments.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience.
• Provide excellent guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
  Must be able to drive due to location and preferably with similar experience.
