We’re looking to for an experience assistant restaurant manager with a hunger for genuine hospitality and eagerness to progress their career in high energy, nose to tail restaurants.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and ownership team, you’ll help shape and lead:
• Daily service operations, including open and close procedures
• A thoughtful, high-energy service style that reflects our values
• FOH team culture — training, mentoring, and growing your crew
• Seamless coordination between floor and kitchen
• Venue standards: compliance, presentation, cleanliness and systems
• Rostering, labour targets, and team performance
