We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our team and uphold our commitment to excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and during busy service periods.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service is essential.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering an outstanding guest experience, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Support in supervising, training, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
• Assist with rosters, stock management, and cost control.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
