Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager or Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will take ownership of our Food & Beverage operation—ensuring exceptional service, inspiring and developing your team, and delivering an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.
You will work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to uphold the highest standards, manage costs effectively, and maintain a 5-star environment throughout the restaurant and bar areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Restaurant team to deliver seamless, world-class service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Deputise for the Restaurant Manager (or act as the Manager if appointed to the role), taking full responsibility for daily operations when required.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge across all food, wines, beverages, and dietary requirements.
  • Manage and control departmental budgets, payroll, and profitability targets.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all restaurant areas.
  • Train, mentor, and appraise team members, setting regular objectives and recognising achievements.
  • Drive upselling opportunities and awareness of hotel services across the team.
  • Ensure all health & safety, food hygiene, and GDPR standards are consistently met.
