Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be working closely with our management team, helping to lead the Front of House team on your dedicated shifts, making sure every guest has a fantastic experience. You’ll also play a key role in training and developing the team, handling guest enquiries, and keeping things running smoothly during your shifts.   • Running shifts as Duty Manager and keeping service smooth.
  • Leading, training and supporting the Front of House team.
  • Working with the kitchen with our daily changing menu
  • Managing large bookings in advance
  • Making sure standards are always 100%
