The Director of 4 successful Melbourne venues is seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to work at our Point Cook venue.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous Restaurant Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience essential;
• Beverage background & wine knowledge is highly regarded but not essential;
• Excellent people management skills are a must;
• We are looking for someone with initiative and drive;
• A professional and hands on approach with a willingness to learn and develop with our company;

• The job role will focus on assisting the venue manager in the following duties;
• Setting and maintaining a high level of customer service while following our current systems and procedures to a high standard
• Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
• Assist in coordinating and managing the front of house staff and leading an energetic team to deliver high quality service to guests
• Recruit, coach and mentor new employees including staff performance reviews and creating a strong team culture
• Workplace compliance including Health and Safety, RSA, Award compliance
• Support Local Area Marketing strategies to increase business
• Demonstrate a strong ability to meet company KPIs
