At The Alice, the all-day dining restaurant within the iconic Randolph Hotel in Oxford, we serve classic British-inspired dishes in a vibrant, design-led setting. We’re now looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in leading the team and ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable dining experience.

• Assisting the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations of The Alice
• Leading and motivating the front-of-house team during busy shifts
• Delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining brand standards
• Overseeing reservations, floor planning, and smooth service execution
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Handling guest feedback with confidence and professionalism
• Taking responsibility for the restaurant in the GM’s absence
