SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high-volume operations
• Experience in leading and motivating a large team is highly desirable
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Professionalism under pressure
• Ability to work a flexible rotating roster, including nights/weekends
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Zeus Street Greek Assistant Manager, you will contribute to our positive atmosphere and our goal of leading the “Fresh Casual” dining movement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Maintaining restaurant presentation and cleanliness
• Ensuring Team Members represent Zeus in a positive manner
• Optimizing guest satisfaction
  Training and mentoring Team Members
• Following all operating, opening, and closing procedures
