We are seeking a career-minded Assistant Retail Manager to join our Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport retail leadership team. Retail Manager to work with our Bozeman International Airport's Retail Team. Key Responsibilities: Model, train, and ensure exquisite customer service and salesmanship Assist the rest of your team to meet and exceed sales and margin goals Creatively develop sales Merchandise and use effective displays for sales floor and store windows with the direction of a manager Regularly refresh store layouts with the direction of the location manager Assists in training and coaching staff formally and informally using our company training principles Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment Provide complete and accurate information. Identify and fix technical errors Identify and correct any problem that interferes with an associate’s ability to efficiently do their job and/ or provide customer satisfaction Provide accurate and helpful feedback and communication to all managers, associates, support staff, etc. Work collaboratively with other managers to accomplish company objectives Qualifications: Be a dynamic leader and coach Experience in both Retail is required Gold Standard model of company customer service with sales and Handbook values Have great communication skills Career Interest: Retail Manager, Gift Stores, Airport, Management, Airlines #ZR

Responsibilities
