Job Title Assistant Retail Property Administrator Job Description Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Retail Property Administrator to support the retail property management function across the NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Retail Property Manager, this role will provide administrative and operational support across retail lease administration, financial processes, retailer coordination and reporting activities. Working closely with Retail Property Managers, Finance, Facilities Management and Events teams, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of retail property services across high-profile public precincts. Job Description #LI-DNI — Do Not Ingest Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the retail property management team Assist with retailer enquiries, communications and coordination activities Maintain retail lease records, property data and critical date tracking Support rent invoicing, turnover rent, arrears processes and financial reporting Coordinate information between retailers and internal service teams Support inspections, audits and compliance activities through accurate record keeping Maintain documentation in line with governance and operational requirements About You Experience in property administration, retail property support or a similar role Exposure to retail or mixed-use property portfolios desirable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and stakeholder coordination skills Confidence using property management systems and reporting tools Relevant qualification in Property, Business or a related discipline preferred About Us Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm delivering innovative solutions across property, facilities, and project management.
