About the Role: As our Retail Assistant Store Manager for Eastern Creek Quarters location, you will support the Retail Store Manager in guiding and mentoring our Chocolate Ambassadors by: Supporting an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique chocolate experience. Delegating, coaching and leading employees on their daily operations, service and collaboration Assisting with roster and budget management Leading from the front with passion and expertise with customers on product knowledge and preparation Deploy visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes Assisting in developing and leading the team to future successes What we would like you to bring: Demonstrated previous customer service experience in a QSR, retail or hospitality environment where you have managed your tasks with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion Previous Barista experience desirable An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales and loyalty Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.
