REQUIREMENTS

  • Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management (PAS 2035 compliant) preferred.
  • Experience supporting or delivering domestic retrofit projects (ECO, SHDF, GBIS, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of building fabric, insulation, ventilation, and low-carbon technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team.
  • Full UK driving licence desirable (role includes site visits).
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant Retrofit Coordinator supports the planning, compliance, and delivery of retrofit projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure all Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) are delivered in line with PAS 2035, building regulations, and quality standards. With a strong pipeline of ECO4 and funded projects, this is a great opportunity to develop your retrofit expertise within a growing and impact-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the full lifecycle management of retrofit projects under PAS 2035.
  • Review and contribute to retrofit assessments, medium-term improvement plans, and designs.
  • Coordinate with Assessors, Designers, and Installers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining TrustMark compliance and lodging completed projects via relevant portals.
  • Liaise with homeowners, landlords, and funding bodies to support project progression.
  • Monitor project risk and ensure quality assurance is upheld across all works.
