Job Description Minor Hotels are looking for an Assistant Revenue Manager to join our Commercial team in Brisbane, supporting a portfolio of hotels and helping shape the future of revenue management. About the Role Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you’ll play a key role in optimising revenue across multiple properties. You’ll analyse market trends, manage systems and data, prepare forecasts, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive RevPAR and competitive performance. Key Responsibilities Implement effective yield controls and pricing strategies Analyse market segmentation, pace, and performance reports Prepare weekly forecasts and regular reporting Lead revenue calls and support commercial performance meetings Manage distribution channels and support direct booking initiatives Contribute to strategic planning and budget preparation Foster a revenue-focused culture across the hotel cluster Approved Sponsor: Minor Hotels Australasia Limited (previously known as Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited) Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (excluding superannuation) Expected hours: 38 hours per week Location: Minor Hotels Head Office - 266 George St, Brisbane City QLD 4000 Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business 2–3 years’ experience in Revenue Management or Hotel Reservations Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency Experience with RMS (e.g. IDeaS G3), PMS, and channel managers like SiteMinder Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
