Role Description

The Assistant Revenue Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting the optimization of room revenue and overall profitability for the property. This role involves monitoring daily pick-up, demand trends, and market conditions, while assisting in forecasting, pricing, and inventory control. The Assistant Revenue Manager collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to implement revenue strategies and ensure accurate rate loading in all distribution channels. The role includes preparing regular revenue reports, analyzing performance against targets, and recommending tactical actions to maximize RevPAR and contribution margins. The Assistant Revenue Manager also helps maintain compliance with revenue recognition and financial policies and supports the continuous improvement of revenue management processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition skills, with experience in hotel or hospitality environments.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Accounting skills, including understanding of budgets, forecasts, and basic financial reporting.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Relevant experience with hotel revenue systems, PMS/CRS, and channel management tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are advantageous.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional languages common in the region are an asset.

Pay: AED4,217.30 - AED13,036.35 per month
