A wonderful opportunity has arisen in our fantastic, homely Nursery. We are looking for a well-motivated, enthusiastic practitioner to join our dynamic team as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner in the role of Assistant Room Leader in our Cubs section (Ages 2- 3 years old.)
We are trying to expand our team so everyone can have the option of working a 4 day week if they wish to without us relying on outside agencies.
The ideal candidate will need to hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification - or equivalent. Previous experience with this age group would be ideal.

✨Assisting the Room Leader and deputising for them during absences

✨ Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider team
✨ Maintaining accurate observations and records of each child’s learning journey
