Explore your future in hospitality – discover more about Swissôtel Nankai Osaka here. 求人内容このポジションの主な責務と業務内容は以下の通りですが、これらに限定されるものではありません宴会/宿泊に関するセールスの業務、全般をご担当いただきます。お客様が理想とする宴会/宿泊のヒアリングから、当日までの打ち合わせを担当。見積もりと価格交渉を行い、契約書により確認する。他セクションや協力会社とのコミュニケーションをとり、ゲストと契約したすべての詳細が提供され、ゲストに満足してもらえるよう確認する。新たなプランの立案、ご提案用資料・ツールの改善など、集客率・成約率ＵＰにつなげる業務。ブライダルフェアやご招待イベントなどの運営。アカウント、連絡先、ビジネスの詳細を適切なソフトウェアアプリケーションで管理し、リピーターを増やし、管理する。 Managerのサポート。必要に応じて、週次、月次、四半期、年次報告書を作成する。代表メールアドレス・その他プラットフォームへの問合せメール、電話対応や来客応対。その他、宴会/宿泊に関する業務のサポート。部署の方針、手順、安全に関する方針に従う。 Oversee all operations related to Room and Banquet Sales. Manage meetings from initial guest consultation through to event day execution. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue written contracts. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services and guest satisfaction. Develop new plans, enhance materials and tools, and implement strategies to attract customers and increase contract conversion. Organize and manage bridal fairs and other promotional events. Maintain accurate accounts, contacts, activities, and business records using designated software applications. Support the Sales & Planning Manager by preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, and in-person guest inquiries.
